Um álbum tributo ao lendário músico Neil Young, intitulado Heart Of Gold: The Songs Of Neil Young Volume I, tem lançamento marcado para 25 de abril. Os rendimentos serão direcionados à The Bridge School, uma instituição localizada em Hillsborough, Califórnia, fundada por Pegi Young, Jim Forderer e a fonoaudióloga Dra. Marilyn Buzolic. O projeto reúne interpretações de diversos artistas renomados, incluindo Fiona Apple, Sharon Van Etten, Courtney Barnett, Brandi Carlile, Eddie Vedder, Mumford & Sons, entre outros.
As interpretações de Courtney Barnett para “Lotta Love” e de Chris Pierce para “Southern Man” foram lançadas acompanhadas por videoclipes que mostram os artistas em estúdio.
O primeiro volume do de Heart Of Gold: The Songs Of Neil Young Volume I chega no dia 25 de abril via Killphonic Records.
